We purchased him from the Bowie Livestock Commission for my husband after seeing him ridden bareback and represented as a good-minded horse. It’s clear he has had previous handling and training. After bringing him home, we realized he has more energy and responsiveness than what my beginner husband is comfortable with. Rather than let him sit, we’d like to place him with an intermediate or experienced rider/handler who may appreciate a horse with some forwardness and potential. We are now looking for a quieter, more beginner-suitable horse for our needs.
He has a noticeable scar on the back right thigh that is purely cosmetic.
He loads like a champ, stands well for the farrier, is very easy-going in the herd.
