Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Timekeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately tracking and recording employee work hours, maintaining time records, and supporting payroll processes. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage data efficiently.
Hours: M-F 7am-4pm with the opportunity for overtime
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, track, and maintain employee time and attendance records
Verify timesheets for completeness and resolve discrepancies
Prepare reports related to hours worked, overtime, and leave balances
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient typing skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Solid data entry and record-keeping abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to pass a Background Test and Drug Test
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate’s degree or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
Prior experience in a timekeeping, payroll, or administrative role preferred
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Preferred Attributes:
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with timekeeping or payroll software is advantageous
